HOT/COLD PACK

The Hot/Cold compress is suitable for both cold and heat therapy, depending on the injury.

COLD PREPARATION

Place the compress in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before use. Freezing the gel takes 2 hours.

WARM PREPARATION

Hot water: Place the compress in hot water of about 80 °C for at least 10 minutes. Check after 4 minutes if the correct temperature has been reached.

Microwave: Place the compress in the microwave for 30 seconds at a low power of 600 W.
