At Nordic Runs, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your itemmust be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Returns must be approved before sending. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@nordicruns.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product?

The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for your current item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you get what you need without delays.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
